When was the last time
you gave yourself your
undivided attention?
What I want for each
client are abundant opportunities
to appreciate, celebrate
and express his/her authentic
SELF. I work with individuals
and groups in a process
of inquiry designed to
encourage personal discovery
and inspire action.
As a Coach, I serve as
a partner in shaping and
achieving both personal
and business goals, a
sounding board in the
decision making process,
a source of unconditional
support when the going
gets rough, and a dedicated
advocate for that which
matters most to each client.
I am committed to being
a generous listener, resource,
mentor, cheerleader, and
dream keeper. I seek clients
who are ready to take
action in a positive and
pivotal way, men and women
willing to explore, cultivate
and express something
vital and authentic.
The coaching process
is an invitation and a
commitment to take time
out of time in order to
allow oneself to step
back more fully and passionately
into one's life. This
relationship provides
a forum for deep reflection
and for exploring provocative
questions about what really
matters and how our choices
reflect our truest sense
of self.
My intention is to enter
into a dynamic partnership
focused on creating and
sustaining fulfilling
results in my clients'
personal and professional
lives.
As a Business Coach,
I focus on challenging
key individuals and groups
to reevaluate current
best practices based on
cutting edge technologies
and tools that are known
to impact the work environment
and the bottom line.
As a Personal Coach,
I am committed to a fourfold
path---physical,
mental, emotional, and
spiritual---leading to
balanced well-being and
personal fulfillment.
I have been exploring
and studying positive
approaches to health and
vitality for over 35 years.
I advocate the value and
benefit of ongoing soul-searching
inquiry, coupled with
positive action.
There
is an Indian belief that
everyone is in a house
of four rooms: a physical,
a mental, an emotional
and a spiritual. Most
of us tend to live in
one room most of the time,
but unless we go into
every room everyday, even
if only to keep it aired,
we are not complete.
