Be professionally interviewed (by Phyllis Haynes http://www.phyllishaynes.net ) on video (by Master Photographer Katie Deits http://www.katied.com/ ) in a way that will allow your message to be sent out into the world in a powerful way. Work with Coach Minx to shape and consolidate your thoughts and ideas into a compelling and articulate message in preparation for your on-screen interview. This interview, which is at least 10 minutes long, can be distributed actively to the press, broadcast outlets, internet media and your associates.

Best of the Best Self Discovery Books
Join master coach Minx Boren in an exploration of several inspiring and informative books that fall loosely under the category of “self-discovery” and/or “personal development.” Each addresses a particular aspect of the joys and challenges of Aging Wisely and Well and offers a perspective worthy of consideration and discussion. This class is participatory in nature and, although no one will be called upon, engagement will be encouraged. No preparatory reading is necessary although each book is definitely a worthwhile read. An outline of each book will be provided. Ms Boren will begin with a brief overview/summary of some key aspects of the book and then, through a series of provocative questions, open the class to discussions about both the ideas presented and their ramifications in our lives and, in some cases, the larger world.
